What is included in Full Launch beyond company formation?
Full Launch covers GmbH / UG incorporation, notary coordination, employment and IP contracts, plus the filings needed to operate — commercial register, tax ID pathway and basic compliance setup.
Can I book Tender Support without Full Launch?
Yes. Tender Support is an add-on and can be booked at any time, even if your German entity was set up elsewhere.
How does the per-tender pricing work?
Each tender (Ausschreibung) is priced at €4,800. If you are bidding on multiple opportunities, we can discuss a retainer arrangement.
Are there any hidden costs or hourly billing?
No. The prices shown are fixed-fee packages. If your situation requires work outside the scope, we agree on the cost upfront before proceeding.
Do I have to be registered as a German company?
It depends on the tender, but often there is a prohibition on discrimination against foreign companies.
